Return Process:
a. Shipping error: If the mistake was ours (i.e., we sent the wrong product), we will cover the return shipping cost.
b. Product exchange: If the customer wishes to exchange the item for another, the shipping cost must be covered by the customer.
Refund: Once we receive the returned product and verify that it meets our conditions, we will process the corresponding refund. The refund will be issued in Bs.
Exceptions: Products on special offer or discount are not eligible for return.
